Welcome to savien.studio (the "Site"), operated by SAVIÉN.STUDIO ("we," "us," "our," or "the Studio"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the website — they are separate from, and do not replace, the client services agreement that governs any actual design engagement with the Studio, which is negotiated individually per project.

1. Who We Are

SAVIÉN.STUDIO is a Los Angeles-based interior design and spatial consulting studio serving independent boutique hospitality, restaurant, and retail clients.

2. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and submit inquiries through our contact form for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating our services. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without our written permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, photography, renderings, logos, the SAVIÉN.STUDIO name and wordmark, and design work shown in our portfolio — is the property of SAVIÉN.STUDIO or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Project photography or renderings featured on the Site may be shown in collaboration with, and with permission from, the relevant client and any contributing photographers, architects, or contractors.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes; Informational Content

Content on the Site — including service descriptions, package details, and any pricing framework referenced — is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of availability, pricing, or project outcome. Actual scope, pricing, and timeline for any project are established only through a signed client services agreement.

5. Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a client relationship, obligate the Studio to accept a project, or guarantee a response within any specific timeframe. We aim to respond to genuine inquiries in a timely manner but make no formal commitment to response time.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party platforms (such as Instagram) that are not owned or controlled by SAVIÉN.STUDIO. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAVIÉN.STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not apply to obligations undertaken under a separately signed client services agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
